For individuals served by Quality Progressions, if it is outside of business hours and you are experiencing an emergency related to supports coordination, please call the appropriate numbers as indicated below. If you are experiencing a life threatening or immediate risk emergency, you should immediately call 911. 

If you reside in Philadelphia County, call the delegate hotline at 215-685-6440.

If you reside in Northampton County, call the delegate hotline at 610-252-9060. 

If you live in any other county, call 1-800-965-7555 for the answering service.
